That's what I'm thinking is going on with mine. Bad glow plugs that don't get hot enough and block heaters that pretend to work but don't seem to be fairly common complaints with the Cummins 5 Liter in the Titan. Apparently Nissan, in their wisdom, shipped them with 10W-40 oil, which is way to heavy for Canadian winters. Hopefully it's teething problems with the engine. This is why I leased this one rather than purchased it. If the Cummins turns out to be crap, I'm not stuck with it. The dealer has already indicated that they will move me over to a gas powered truck if the Cummins doesn't work out.
