It's a real, albeit somewhat facetious answer. There's nothing really distinctive in the style, colour or construction. It could be copied pretty much anywhere in the world. It does look to be handmade, so you could take your pick of places from Azerbaijan to Zambia. Unless there's a maker's mark or someone comes up with photographic evidence my guess is as good as anyone else's.
