For one you need to use SMC Takumars so you can meter wide open instead of
stopped down if you use older Super Takumar lenses.  I have an "F" but like
to use the ES or ESII that meter wide open with the SMC Takumars.
My favorite SMC lens I use on my ES cameras is the 35mm f2.  I also like the
24mm.  For a tele lens I like the 300mm f4.  Before eBay,  a lens that took
me awhile to locate is the 15mm SMC Takumar.  Occasionally it appears on
eBay.
