Later this year i have a special license coming due. It requires a photo but not as strict as a passport photo with signers etc. It can be a selfie, taken with a web cam or someone take my picture with a DSLR or cell phone, with a plain background and no shadows etc.
Information of the renewal page says it needs to be 45mm 1 3/4 in by 57mm high 2 1/4 " with head size of 28-32mm 1 3/16 ". Photo can be cut to this size and needs to show a bit of shoulder, same as passport shot I have taken a crappy selfie just to play around in PSEL9 that i have and so far getting frustrated. What do you think the best way to go about this. Take a full or half body shot and try and resize or re scale or take the photo as needed, head and shoulder, and try and resize or re scale. Should i be trying to resize the canvas or the picture.? I have til Sept but renewal needs to get in by early July . I am hoping some of our photo [places might re open and i can do it then but not holding my breath.
