I am not familiar with any of the autofocus lenses in this range.
I'm also not aware of any two-touch zooms in this range, either.
However, I'd suggest the following one-touch manual focus zooms:

1. A very good lens is the Pentax A 70-210/4. This is a popular
lens with many PDML-ers, and is sort of the standard against which
the other manual focus 80-ish to 200-ish zooms are compared.

2. The Pentax M 80-200/4.5 is a good lens, too, although a bit
slower than the above, and a bit narrower for zoom range (2.5 to 1
versus 3 to 1).

3. The Tokina AT-X 80-200/2.8 is a good, fast zoom to consider. It
is well made, and has a rotating tripod mount. Between the speed
and the built-in tripod mount, this is an excellent low light lens.

4. At least three out of the four Vivitar Series 1 70-210 zooms
have a good reputation. The first (67mm threads) 70-210/3.5 is
good, as is the more compact second (62mm threads) 70-210/3.5.
There are two VS1 70-210/2.8-4's - the older one is apparently good,
but the newer one may have a reputation for not being up to VS1
standards - plus, they're both variable aperture lenses.
