I shot this at 1/30 with the 165/4 on a Pentax 6x7, and I'm over 50 with bad eyes and shaky hands http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1069827. The bulk of the camera actually helps steady things when you're trying to handhold. Paul
