My own experience has been that if you know the sport you are
photographing, that will go a long way to improving your ability
to photograph it.
Whether the robocam takes away the need to know what you are
shooting or not, I can't answer.

Chasing around
> sports stuff, then I leave the AF on.

As I said a few days ago, I spent 12 or so years shooting
weddings with a pair of K-1000s and the 6x7.
