I agree, however, people tell me that some of them have a good focus feel, and I'm willing to believe it after I picked up an FA28/2.8. Sure, the focus ring is kinda wee, but its got a nice, fluid feel to it. It makes me excited to pick up an FA50/1.4, next, which should feel as good. A decent 100mm (I'm hoping for an FA100/2.8 macro) will complete the kit, and I'm hoping the chosen lens has a nice, smooth ring to it, as well. I can deal with little rings, as long as its not as sloppy as the 28-70/4 (and more so teh FA35-80/4-5.6 I had before that). -- http://www.infotainment.org <-> more fun than a poke in your eye. http://www.eighteenpercent.com <-> photography and portfolio.
