A few things to try....

This is the best known tutorial for initial setup on OS X. I don't
know if it will fix your RadRails setup though, I don't have any
experience with RadRails. I suggest giving TextMate a try at least
though, it is awesome.

I tried firing up the latest RadRails using the Mac's built in Ruby
1.8.2 - no worky. It keeps complaining that the interpreter is not
found even though I set the correct path for Ri and Rdoc.
So I installed Ruby 1.8.4 and Ri 1.8.4 installed using Fink on the
mac. Ruby is working... RadRails is still not working.
Is anybody using RadRails on Mac? From most of what I've read so
far most RoR folks on mac are using TextMate or something. I
really wanted something that resembled a complete IDE environment...
Any help would be appreciated...
