Honestly, the Eclipse features that make it an invaluable Java IDE
aren't really
applicable to Ruby. Partly because Ruby is a dynamic language,
partly because
Ruby is more concise than Java. I use BBEdit/TextWrangler +
Terminal myself.
But if you are used to Eclipse, it's a nice easy transition.

I tried firing up the latest RadRails using the Mac's built in Ruby
1.8.2 - no worky. It keeps complaining that the interpreter is not
