A good first step would be to identify a wiki package that does what we
need.

In my mind, this means it's gotta run on PA's servers, be able to use
postgres as a backend, be easily customizable in the visual sense in
case we ever decide to pretty up our web presence, and not be
huge/resource hoggy.

Another question is whether we want to write our own or use an
off-the-shelf wiki engine.  I've only ever used Instiki (which is more
or less not an option) but i2 might be worth looking at?  I don't know
if there are any other options available for Ruby.

So that's a starting point, anyway.
