Hmmm. How do sites like indeed.com and simplyhired.com get away
with taking Craigslist data then? They take data from all sorts of
sites and index them into one job database. Google.com indexes all
of craigslist. You can search google.com for craigslist content.

I don't see the big deal. They may say "you can't use our data" but
Craigslist data is indexed everywhere on the internets.

By "open their database" we meant anything dealing with taking their
data. This includes RSS feeds and screen scraping. All of their data
no matter how you get it is covered in the TOS.
