Please don't do this. Framing your core content, at least as typically
implemented by browsers, breaks the fundamental RESTful mapping of urls
to pages. I want to bookmark and deep-link your sites, don't get in my way.
Though the frame trick did cross my mind (and there are even ways to
do it that get somewhat around Devin's concerns), but overall I have
to agree in general that in the end it probably causes more problems
than it solves.
