Please don't do this. Framing your core content, at least as typically implemented by browsers, breaks the fundamental RESTful mapping of urls to pages. I want to bookmark and deep-link your sites, don't get in my way.
(Yeah, I know it's been broken for a long time and ajax is making it worse, but I can still discourage unnecessary further treading down this path.)
