1:1 print scale in Protel, the output may still real 1:1. And even you got a
1:1 output on one printer, you may not get a 1:1 print on aother printer.

This is why when I need other than Gerber output, I use a postscript output driver. When printed on any postscript printing device, the final output measurements are usually dead on. It's one of the spec. requirement of postscript devices.
