My PowerPCB is version 5.2, and the ascii files I export indicate they are version 5.0. I don't have any additional "save" and "export" options.
Brad Velander <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:Mark, For the PADs PowerPCB files, you save them from PADs in 3.5 format Ascii. They will then import into DXP 2002 SP2 or higher, quite well. Sorry the rest I can't help you on. Can anyone on the forum suggest an economical means of doing so? I have access to both the Mentor and PowerPCB software, but any files, even the Pads ascii files I export from them are not recognizable by Protel 2004 "May a suitable landing spot be always on your glide slope" J.
