Brad,
I just did a search in the Altium forums using "99SE". I found questions
this year regarding printing in 99SE, computer speed in Win2K using 99SE,
99SE libraries, etc. I didn't see any rebuke regarding forum use.
I will have to defer to your memory - I can't recall seeing the message,
and I can't find it. Best to discontinue this thread and maintain the
status quo for those who are content.
Sincerely,
Harry Selfridge

Harry,
I can't recall precisely when but I know that sometime in the
past I did see someone post a P99SE question to the DXP forum. It was
nicely and gently pointed out that the forum was for DXP support and I am
sure it was from one of the Altium crew. They were nice about it and may
have even contacted the person offline but it was stated. After all
Altium announced the discontinuation of P99SE technical support years ago now.

Hi Brad,
I don't believe there would be loud objections to questions regarding 99SE
- just my personal opinion based on the character of the Altium folks with
whom I have dealt. I do believe that the kind of obnoxious, snotty,
attitude that is presented by some folks on this forum might be ignored or
earn them an invitation out the door. Polite, intelligent, questions seem
to get attention.
Regards - Harry
