I have just read your paper. (The paper has the advantage of being
very short.)
I relation to this paper, I surmise that the theory of practopoiesis:

tells us how this abduction-capable computer program that you
described should be structured. The theory tells us what components it
needs to have, and how they should interact among themselves and with
the outside world (my paper is much longer than yours, but one may take
a look first at section 3.4 " A T3-system: Anapoiesis and abduction—The
mind").
My question for the peirce-l community is:
Does it make sense?
