This assertion is scientifically grossly inadequate for the material logic 
necessary to prescribe the role of semiotics and syntax in the chemical 
sciences in the late 19th Century and going forward.   CSP was not fool that 
this assertion suggests.  The language of chemistry, then and now, necessary 
requires a cycle of “seme” terms in the casual reference languages of cognition 
and recognition.
