Or do you merely mean the final chapter of _Capital_, entitled
differently in that edition?
I doubt that very many people are going to bother unless you give us
some bait better than your own blank assertion to explore the matter. I
read _Empire_ fairly carefully, and I could make no sense at all of
their references to this distinction. And there used to be a poster on
lbo who also made constant references to the distinction without ever
deigning to explain it -- or rather to explain why anyone should care.
