There is another source, I find.

This chapter is contained in Volume 34 of Marx/Engels Collected Works.
Translated by Ben Fowkes. It is somewhat difficult always to relate this
edition to earlier editions of Marx. Vol. 34 is the last of several
volumes entitled "Marx's Economic Manuscript of 1861-63" -- which
includes (in earlier volumes) what we know as _Theories of Surplus
Value_. The Preface calls the "manuscript as a whole ...the second rough
draft of _Capital_."
