I was meaning to write about this... over at OpenLeft.com (and its
predecessor MyDD) they have been critical of the Obama hype for a
while, and I find that greatly redeeming. Its still a lot of youthful
angst mixed with determined optimism, but it shows them in a much more
honest light. I don't have the stomach to visit DailyKos, but my guess
is none of this can be found there.

Pretty good post, actually. A mainstream liberal blog (run by someone
like Josh Marshall) is not the place I would have expected to read
such a Chomsky-like critique of US imperialism.
