Bruce Franklin at Harvard. Barbara Foley at Northwestern. (And just
barely surviving -- Carrol Cox at ISU in 1971; I was extremely lucky
that the one-year acting president was a stickler for proper
procedure,
so much a stickler that he threatened to resigh. I didn't find that
out
till many years later).
