Pish tosh. There must be some elementary school soccer match you
marginally participated in which your team won despite your receiving
a 1 inch scratch on your knee? Give the folks doing the NBC Olympics
coverage a few hours and grainy black and white photographs, and they
will make a Nelson Mandela out of you. Plus, not having a compelling
narrative is the new compelling narrative. The everyman is the overman
(or woman, in current context)!
