So, if you were a millionaire founding Pacifica today, how would you
set up it up? Standard self-perpetuating non-profit board, but with
really good people as the initial board?  Any thoughts, because it is
not a problem only for Pacifica, though Pacifica may be one of the
more extreme examples.
