Rubin isn't interested in going back. He doesn't need to go back.
Summers might because he likes the idea of running the world.
Another possibility is Roger Altman, who once was an extremely
young Assistant Secretary (under Carter) and was Clinton's chief
White House economic honcho for a while.

In fact, Jared has hardly moved at all. Just some lip service to
reducing the deficit
(not eliminating it) when the economy is going swell.
