Doyle;
And from workers it means making their own work place and deciding collectively how to communize the work place. I am saying this in left jargon, but I mean Information Technology workers who work online can work from home or locally make their own commons.

In the case of this project I cite, this 'flexibility, is definitely coming from women who are defining rules to limit employer control over work flexibility. One can turn on it's head employer freedom to at will fire people, define their work space, by demanding a communal law of protection between jobs, time spent, and place spent. Work conditions that are communal not corporate and so forth.
Thanks,
Doyle Saylor
