Yes, with "no cut in pay". But the slogan, without the analysis that accompanies it, infuriates me because it makes the work time reduction conditional on a no cut bargain rather than understanding the reduction in hours as ultimately productive of a pay increase. It's like insisting on a slice of the cake before it goes into the oven.
