Are we not men?

Doyle;
As a political force? Demanding flexible time is much more common for women who balance the demands of children with work. There is no equal pressure from men to balance home life with work. Which often means for them leisure time in front of the tv, or hobbies that distract them. Can that change? Surely if the right policies come into being. But for the time being the practical support is heavily weighted toward women to ask for this.
thanks,
Doyle Saylor
