Temporizing and/or sending mixed signals about issues like Palestine, Guantanamo etc. Giving away tax cuts as part of a stimulus package. I don't like any of the above. But I am willing to consider the possibility that Obama is acting under a lot of constraints, so he may not be able to deliver everything we may expect from him - at least not immediately. -raghu. ^^^ CB: He's not President yet, so none of the above is in effect. The appointees will have to do what he tells them, but none of that is real yet, 'cause they are not in office. "Sending mixed signals" may be mixed-ness in the heads of some, but not all. I'm not receiving any mixed signals , myself. We have to look into the heads of those declaring mixed signals. Look at all the premature jacking off and whining, about talk. Pitiful. And O's talk isn't very upsetting at all, unless somebody is hankerin' to be upset, still sour grapes. I just can't get all upset about "taxcuts" talk.
