Maybe we should... Can you produce facts that would lead me to believe I 'should'? How about that one percent increase in oil production last year, SOLELY DUE to Canada's tar sands... It's a conspiracy! A conspiracy to turn Alberta into a dust bowl within the next hundred years perhaps? ...or just "should' I because you say so? Please inform?
