That reminds me: I recently learned about BuildBot, an open source
continuous integration system. What makes buildbot special is that is
makes it very easy for people to "contribute" build-slaves, so for
each central Perl "Build Master", we could all contribute build slaves
that watch for CPAN uploads, etc. and run smoke tests.
