As part of a "Training Certification" at a community college outside
Princeton, NJ, I took a course that was taken directly (and I mean
directly) from this book.  I learned something from the book.  I
learned something from the teacher (a woman who now charges about
$2K/day to teach, among other things, table manners to new business
school graduates for their "power lunches").  And I learned that
creating a course with a limited run need not be difficult, especially
if there's a book -- follow the book, throw in a few personal stories,
be myself.  It's easy, profitable, and provides value.
