I don't work there, but I do know that your guess is wrong. There are
two separate libraries (Jan pointed out the one for 5.6 in another
letter):
http://www.ActiveState.com/ppmpackages/5.005/zips/ 5.005 modules
http://www.activestate.com/ppmpackages/5.6/x86/ 5.6 modules
I seem to remember that AS was having some trouble with their ISP a
while ago. It looks like that issue has not been resolved?
If the module in question is in the library, you can always download the
zip and install it from your local machine (as I had to do for
XML-Parser).
