| Unanimous European condemnation of US protectionist measures (18/3/2002) Spain�s Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Economy, Rodrigo Rato, today chaired the Informal Seminar of EU Trade Ministers in Toledo. In the two sessions held thus far, the Ministers have examined the Union�s relations with Latin America and with North America, and particularly the current disputes with the United States.
