We have used a hobo low temp
dual Probe logged (about $200) before in the center Of dense archive boxes
stuffed tight with papers just to gauge how much more time should be added to a
-32. 72/24 cold treatment. It took 12 hours for the core probe to reach
-32.....if it were denser than that we would add and extra 24 hours just to be

I was curious if anyone has a favorite thermometer/temperature probe for use
during freezing treatments? Particularly for monitoring interior temperatures
of bulky objects. Thank you all in advance!
