It’s interesting. The translucent margins of the prothorax and anterior portion of the wings are indicative of a wood roach, but the size is too small. Adults are at least 3/4” and the scale shows them to be perhaps 1/3”. Are you sure the scale is accurate?

Actually the classification of a wood roach is Superfamily Blaberoidea<https://bugguide.net/node/view/601958/tree>, Family Ectobiidae, Subfamily Blattellinae, Genus Parcoblatta (Wood Cockroaches). These have been commonly encountered roaches. German roach would be in this subfamily, too. Oriental cockroach in Superfamily Blattoidea<https://bugguide.net/node/view/601959/tree>, Family Blattidae<https://bugguide.net/node/view/31605/tree>. However, I'm not sure the unknown is a wood roach. Louis N. Sorkin, B.C.E. They were found in a loading dock area on three separate traps, in opposite corners of the room, April 1 - July 1. The loading dock is part of a newly refurbished building and has some leaky spots to the outside that we haven't been able to address yet. I've been monitoring the space since the fall, and this is the first I've seen of them.
