Not to worry about the delay. It is still not working!
I am not sure how to proceed with this! Unless someone has a bright
idea, I may shelve it for a while until my skills catch up with my
aspirations!

I just fired up a VMware Linux image on an XP laptop for Trixbox
(asterisk at home) and I do have the network functioning, in bridged mode.
Did this get resolved ? (been away a bit)
