well, that's a good way to start, by reading up.  there are many good  
books out there as well as a lot of online info, so you'll be able to  
find what you need easily.

this is a pretty low-traffic forum, which is pleasant.  we are also  
quite lucky to have an extremely low level of pomposity here - folks  
are honest open and natural mostly.  the list mom, Loran, has a lot  
to do with that...in fact he founded this place in reaction to a  
certain other list becoming way too far in the other direction.
