This is very true. That being said, I will share this moisture story with you. In 1992, my house (Florida) was hit rather hard by Hurricane Andrew. My collection room was in shambles from the roof covering being blown off. I had some Blue Amberol cylinders (some good titles) inside a cylinder cabinet in drawers. They were standing in plastic boxes inside cabinet. I thought they were safe. A few days after trying to salvage what I could all over my house, I looked inside the cabinet which as I said, I thought would be safe. Water had come down into the cabinet and the cylinders were sitting in FOUR INCHES of water. :-) I took the cylinders out and let them dry out inside my house (where I could find a dry place). A few weeks later I tried them and they fit the mandrel and played perfectly. I looked up and said, "Thanks, Mr. Edison!" NOTE: do not try this at home. :-) Dennis __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com
