But the previously mentioned day-date of 'first use,' 3/19/1914, was in error. The correct date of first use as given in the official affidavit was simply March of 1914. Someone must have typed "19" twice. Reg. 141,104 "Crescent" was filed for trademark on Aug 15, 1919. Allen
