I suspect that most of this is a problem with the d$/dt to the organizers.

There has been an issue with trading in the parking lot on the Thursday
before the show in the past. That has expanded to exhibitors trading
just about anywhere on Thursday if its officially organized.
I am reasonably certain that there will be more info flowing forth on
this topic.
