You can see at the end of the video that the drive gear teeth in one area start to lag behind and then snap forward which makes a clicking sound. It happens in two places. There is a first tooth that lags behind, snaps forward and then the teeth do not appear to be contacting the worm gear correctly, then there is another click as the teeth re-engage the worm at a specific tooth, then it picks up again until it hits the first problem tooth again. In all, about ten teeth seem to be missing their mark somehow. We can pinpoint them no matter where we adjust the gear.
