What a load of crap. I hate those guys. I was confused the first time they tried it with me and I only wonder how many less sophisticated, first-time craigslist sellers give up after not being able to figure out what the hell is going on with these messages.
Some sellers ask for a phone number from anyone writing to inquire about an item and say they won't respond without one. I always give my phone number when inquiring about a sale. These idiots make it harder to buy and sell on craigslist and make craigslist users mistrust everyone else who uses it. Damn them.
