It's probably someone who doesn't know what the machine is worth, they both have lots of feedback (the bidders). I can't imagine paying more than 500 bucks for that machine. The one interesting thing of note is that it has a slotted crank, not threaded. My banner standard A has a threaded crank and so have all the others I have seen. It must be relatively early.
