Actually, I guess I don't think like the scammers, which may be naive... I 
never thought of the idea of sending a fraudulent money order and I assumed 
that the seller would wait until it cleared before sending the item. As for 
sending cash - I have mailed cash payments to Germany, Australia, England and 
Uruguay without any problems, and yes, they could have refused to send the 
item. I have only done this with people who had 100% feedback on a number of 
transactions and I have read their feedback... Apparently, I have dealt with 
some honest collector/sellers.
