Actually, Edison released new Blue Amberol recordings from 1912-1913 with flat rims, not just wax Amberol masters. The beveled Blue Amberols came out in October 1913 (to the best of my searching ability), and Edison continued reissuing wax Amberol masters with beveled rims into the late 1920s.
