No, you can not, AFAIK. At least, I was not able to find drop-in library
replacement. There are some versions here and there (includeing in SuSe
and Debian) but their are not full and not good enough to serve as a
drop-in for PHP. We could made a tarball with this library, but since it'd
be pretty much custom-made for PHP, why not have it in the tree?
