no idea. i'm just cleaning house in the bug database.

i may have added the 'in case zeev still wants to do this' to the
wrong report. there was a similar report about setting a config
option per directory where it was mentioned that it would be nice to
do this for environments other than apache and the config overhaul
would handle this. maybe it does. i haven't kept up to date on that
sort of thing.

close it if you think it is fixed.
