Thanks for the compliments. :-) I'm behind schedule on the book but am working very hard on it right now. It should hit shelves by the end of the year at least. In the meantime, I did write a lot of stuff down in a PDF: http://shiflett.org/php-security.pdf It's certainly not complete, since this was just the workbook for a 3 hour tutorial I gave at OSCON, but it has a few important topics.
